1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HeyCrowd SAS, operating as Velocity ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of https://www.getvelocity.co (the "Site") and related services (the "Service"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. The Service

Velocity provides reporting, dashboards, and analytics tools for Asana. The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • We offer a free trial for new users. Your account will not be charged until you upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • All purchases are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at support@getvelocity.co.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Systematically scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Site without our written consent
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
  • Impersonate another person or user, or use another user's account
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or connected networks
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Site without permission
  • Circumvent any security or access control measures
  • Use the Site to compete with us or for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, features, software, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks on the Site (the "Content") are owned by or licensed to HeyCrowd SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes.

7. Your Data

Velocity allows you to connect, analyze, and export your Asana data. You retain full ownership of your data and all intellectual property rights associated with it. We do not claim ownership over your content.

Velocity is not responsible for any use or misuse of data accessed or exported outside of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access them at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyCrowd SAS and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business) arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HeyCrowd SAS, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Modifications & Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Site, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us (e.g., emails, in-app notices). You agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
