How does the 7 day trial work?
When you sign up for a trial, you can use Velocity free for 7 days without any commitment and without setting up any payment method. After 7 days, you can either choose to stop using Velocity or choose to sign up for a paid plan. If you do not sign up for a paid plan after 7 days, your Velocity dashboards and reports will be inaccessible until you do sign up for a paid plan.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can set up a monthly or yearly subscription using a credit card or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. For larger payments, we can also accept invoicing. If you'd like to learn more about this, contact us.
What if I need help getting started?

How does Velocity define a user?
A user is a user who can sign into Velocity. You may have 10 or 10,000 Asana users, but if only one of them is signing into Velocity, then you only pay for one Velocity user.
What type of support is available to Velocity users?
All Velocity users (both free trial users and paid users) have access to our email support, in-app help widget (on the lower right of your screen), and phone support. We also provide a help section that has many guides to using Velocity. Feel free to contact us;
